The one thing certain about repairs vs. new construction, is that something will be unexpected. No one really knows what is behind the wall or if a toilet supply line will come off as expected. As such, we have the experience to anticipate the normal problems, but until you are actually there with the hammer in hand, you can only give your best estimate.

Some repairs/maintenance are "normal". For example: repairing a sheetrock hole. Others require an on-site visit and estimate. We gladly provide estimates.  We do not charge for estimates for residential customers.  We do however charge for estimates for commercial businesses and will apply that total to the job when it is approved.

Project vs. Hourly
We charge according to the type of job. On some repairs, it is a flat hourly rate. Often customers choose to hire us for the day (8 hours) or half-day (4 hours). We agree upon the "to-do" list which is often made up of lots of little items.

On larger jobs we give you a project price since it may take several trips to complete the entire job.

Bottom line, we want to be fair. We want to be your handyman for as long as you have a roof over your head.
